Return of an item will only be reviewed with in 30 days from the date you receive your order. If you are concerned about needing to return an item you must contact us first by sending an email to beads2string [!at] gmail.com. Please include 'return' in the subject field. Please include your full name, the receipt ID number with your inquiry so we can quickly look up your order. Please keep in mind a return amount is regarding the item amount not shipping/handling.
Please return the item in the same manner as it was purchased/shipped i.e. labled, bagged, if temp. strung it must still be all strung, returnable, and in condition to resell.
In order to provide authenticity to our Customers, Swarovski Crystals are not returnable. Please also keep in mind a return is regarding the item; does not include shipping/handling, customs fees, or return shipping on refused packages. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
